Our Return Policy

We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned.  Any item can be returned to us for any reason as long as you have the invoice included with your shipment, the products are unopened with seals intact and the request is provided to us via the provided e-mail form within 15 days of the date the product was shipped to you.  You must return all of the product ordered.

ATC offers a "no questions asked" 15 day money back return policy from the date of shipment.  (Of course, your return credit will not include the shipping and handling costs.)

  • All Return Authorizations must be requested within 15 days of shipment.

  • Returns requested after (30) days must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

  • Only products received back in an unopened and undamaged state will be issued any credit.

  • Should you refuse delivery on any product from our shipper, an automatic 25% restocking fee will be assessed.

  • Should you send a shipment back without a Return Material Authorization (RMA), an automatic 25% restocking fee will be assessed.  To apply for an RMA only use our  e-mail form by clicking > here <.

  • In no case will any shipping or handling charges be credited on returned products.

  • No partial refunds can be granted.

All returns must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:

A RMA will be assigned and sent to you by return e-mail the Wednesday following your request for the RMA.   Return the item(s) pre-paid (insured return receipt is suggested) to the address provided in the RMA.  Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA number and include a copy of your original order, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit.

Important: Opened or used products or otherwise damaged goods cannot be returned and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted and will be returned to you to process correctly. Again, ATC cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

We apologize that we cannot guarantee delivery times or service guidelines established by UPS, or USPS or be responsible for carrier shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors in shipping information provided by you during the order entry process, or other delivery problems once shipments have left our distribution facilities.

We do all Returns on Wednesdays.

You will receive your instructions the Wednesday after we receive this e-mail.

This e-mail will outline the instructions as to returning your product.

You will receive a credit to your original credit card within 5 working days of the return of your product.
